Exchange Policy
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction by offering a smooth exchange process. Please read the following guidelines carefully:
- Exchange Window: You can request an exchange within 3 days from the date you receive the item.
- Package Handover: During the exchange, please ensure to hand over the previously received package to the Delivery Rider who brings your new package.
- Packaging Requirements: The returned package must be securely sealed to prevent reopening or damage during transit.
- Delivery Fee: A fee of Rs. 600/- will be charged for the delivery of the new package. This fee covers the cost of handling and transportation.
- Company Responsibility: If the exchange is required due to an error or issue on our part, you will not be required to make any additional payment.
General Delivery Guidelines
We aim to provide a seamless delivery experience for all our customers. Please take note of the following:
- Delivery Timeframe: Orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
- Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor the status of your delivery.
- Delivery Fees: Standard delivery charges may vary depending on your location. These charges will be displayed during the checkout process.
- Delivery Attempts: Our Delivery Rider will make up to two attempts to deliver your package. If unsuccessful, you may need to arrange for re-delivery.
- Damaged Items: Please inspect your package upon receipt. If you find any damages, notify us immediately for assistance.
